The other day, Aurora asked me for some perfect fruit; she had a really interesting way of describing it.
I recently StreetPassed Daneel from Trantor, and he had this cool Haunted Mansion room in his house.
The elephants of Forest seem to keep forgetting that they’re not allowed to leave. Yesterday, Dizzy told me he was going to move out on December 1st, and today, Big Top told me he was leaving on December 4th. Once again, I told them both no.
I had a gem rock today, but as I was banging it, Agent S came over and interrupted me! So I only got four gems out of it! Agent S, you just cost me nearly 32,000 bells! Maybe she thought I was a jewel thief?
Vesta the sheep was at the campsite, so I went in to say hello. It’s getting cold outside, so why don’t you put on some clothes? Maybe a vest or something.
Over at the event plaza, a silver slingshot (on two balloons) flew past the bare town tree. Despite what it may look like, it did not get caught in the tree. That only happens to balloon presents in the GameCube game (and also on N64 if you happen to live in Japan).
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Arin from Hyrule was my most recent dream visitor. Yesterday’s visitor was Cab from Renwerd. Thanks for visiting!
I found Molly taking a nap on the town’s metal bench.
I joined her for a moment.
And today was Thanksgiving, which is known as the harvest festival in the game. I met up with Franklin at the event plaza and he started asking me for ingredients for the big holiday meal.
I began asking my villagers for the ingredients, although they’ll only help you if you have a certain ingredient for them. That means a lot of fishing will be required, unless you thought to stock up on fish ahead of time.
I took the time to get the ingredients right, including the secret ingredients as I helped Franklin make fruit salad, a mushroom bisque, and sauteed sea bass.
The last dish was a mixed-fruit pie. One of my villagers told me a beehive (honey) was the secret ingredient for fruit pie. But when I gave Franklin everything, he said the secret ingredient was wrong! No way! I spent a lot of time making sure I was right! Ughhh!
So I made sure to get one last ingredient very right. Sorry to be a pain in the neck, Franklin, but it’s time for dinner.
My recent dream visitors have been Amelia from Crescent (Tuesday), Jack from Cheshire (yesterday), and Emily from Hell (today).
I sold some peaches at his Re-Tail and I checked out Tom’s museum exhibits. But it wasn’t long before Tom ended the session and sent us all home. I didn’t even have a chance to finish typing goodbye! 😛
Diver’s Hood DLC
I headed over to the post office to pick up my new download from Pelly.
I really don’t care for the diver’s hood, but it could be useful on a bad hair day. I checked for it in the catalog, and it can be ordered for just 600 bells. Hey, at least it’s cheap!
A message on the bulletin board informed me that Velma won yesterday’s fishing tournament (I did not participate). Dizzy got second place and Agent S finished third. Congrats to the winners!
After I changed out of the wet suit, I decided to buy (and wear) the baseball shirt. I didn’t really have a shirt on under my wet suit anyway, so I needed something. (I was previously wearing my jack-o’-lantern design).
