I played on April 9th (last Thursday) to see the pink trees and falling cherry blossom petals of early April. They’re so pretty, especially in the newer games (New Leaf and New Horizons). 🌸
Yesterday, Inkwell asked me for a piece of fruit. I gave him a perfect peach, and he loved it. He rewarded me with a portable toilet.
I found a lost item (a mitten) on the ground, and I eventually returned it to its owner, Mira. She was glad to have it back, not that she needs it this time of year. To thank me, she gave me a No. 4 shirt.
Today, Hornsby asked me for some new furniture. So of course, I gave him the portable toilet from Inkwell. It’s important to reuse our waste. 😆
He gave me a bug zapper, saying he didn’t need it any more. Is that because his new toilet is going to be so toxic, it’ll kill the bugs instead? 😆
Jeremiah told me he bought a gift for Aurora, but he asked me to deliver it. Aurora was so surprised that her eyes turned red. 😆
It was a dawn tank, and she complimented the color. But her catchphrase made her sound insincere.
But she didn’t try it on, because she said she got dirty when she was playing earlier. So I guess she’s going to wait until she bathes?
She rewarded me with a bamboo shoot. I then returned to Jeremiah to tell her the news. Even though he appreciated me making the delivery, he looked hurt that she didn’t try the shirt on.
I found Gulliver down on the beach, and he was talking about winning a Nobel Prize someday. That meant he was headed to Sweden, and he’ll send me a gift from there next time.
