On Saturday night, I found the entrance to the Reset Center open. I headed down for a visit, but Resetti wasn’t in the mood to chat.

Velma the goat said that her feet were freezing. She asked if I had any fuzzy boots she could borrow! Nah.

There was no snow on Saturday, so that means I had a bunch of wilted black roses yesterday. I got my golden watering can out and watered them.

So today, I had a nice big batch of new gold roses. Along with new wilted black roses. I think the bulk of the rose transformation is going to be a relatively quick process.

My snowmam from Friday was on her last legs ball, so I built a new one over by the face-cutout standee.

I remembered that I need a Santa outfit for Toy Day, so I headed into Re-Tail and Kicks. I was able to buy the Santa boots and Santa pants today.

I don’t think I’m going to succeed at the Toy Day festivities, though. I’ve only received two out of 20 possible gift hints from my villagers. Are you guys ready for Toy Day?

Up at the Dream Suite today, Luna told me that Jim from O’Fallon was my most recent dream visitor. Thanks for stopping by!

Yesterday, Agent S asked me for a peach. I gave her a perfect one, and she seemed surprised that I found it up a tree. Anyway, she gave me some plate armor as my reward.

A big snowstorm covered the ground with snow today. It will stay that way until February 25th. Even though I’m not a big fan of winter in real life, it is a bit exciting when the world of Animal Crossing gets a frosty white coating. I wasted no time–I found two snowballs and rolled them together to make a snowmam. She was perfect!

In terms of making money quickly, a perfect snowmam is the best snowperson you can build. Three snowflakes can be exchanged for ice furniture, which sells for 8,888 bells apiece.

When I updated my dream town (dream address 4300-2003-9889), Luna told me my most recent dream visitor was Milky from Brinsoke.

At 10:05 tonight (I was a few minutes late), I opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. BranDex and Squishy came over to visit. We made our way over to the snowmam; Squishy said the snowmam’s eyes looked like paw prints. But I was just thinking about how short my friends are.

Pashmina revealed her secret to conversation (or Nintendo’s secret of villager dialoague): Just talk about the weather!

We all went down to the beach, and I was trying to tell Daisy to join us–or at least take the time to look at us all. I wanted her to unleash her potential. But she just kept wandering around aimlessly like a lost dog.

We started talking about future Animal Crossing games, and Squishy joked that the next one would be a golf game. I actually had the same thought when I saw one of the loading screens in Happy Home Designer–it shows Tom Nook swinging a golf club! Let’s hope they stop goofing around with spin-offs and announce the next real Animal Crossing game.

I bought myself a coffee and sat on the metal bench for a while; that metal bench sure is cold in winter! But this is the one time of year that my illuminated tree doesn’t look out-of-season. Tis the season to be illuminated.

I got my beans out and made soup started throwing them in everyone’s eyes. Squishy, now wearing a Santa suit, told me I was on the naughty list.

But I couldn’t resist the opportunity to get a rare picture of Big Top’s eyes. Doesn’t his visor protect his eyes, though?

On the bridge, we completed a snowflake Triforce.

A message posted on the bulletin board today informed me that a large snow storm is expected for tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it!

Pashmina told me she was going to move out of town on December 13th so that she could play some turf wars in another game town. I told her she’s stuck here.

Forest’s other goat was being more agreeable. Velma was sitting on the town bench, enjoying the nice day. She asked me to join her, so I did. For a few seconds, at least.

When I went to visit Rolf, I was surprised to see Dizzy was also hanging out with the white tiger. Even though it’s a sunny day, it’s still a bit cold out–so hanging out indoors isn’t a bad idea.

Down by my zen garden, I placed down a black rose. The reason that’s significant? I have now completed a full circle around town with my gold and black roses. All my paths are now lined with them! I’ll still need to turn the black roses into gold ones, but I should now have all the flowers I need!

Toy Day is coming up later this month, and a couple of my villagers have started to tell me what gifts they would like. Daisy wants something red, and Velma wants something green.

When I was done with my tasks around town, I headed over to town hall to do some work as mayor for a change. With the impending snow storm and my completion of the rose-lined paths, now is the perfect time to switch back to the night owl ordinance. I shouldn’t have to do much flower-watering with the coming snow–and when it doesn’t snow, that will allow my black flowers to wilt. Then I can water them with the gold can to turn them gold. The new ordinance will also be helpful with Friday Night Forest coming up in two days.

And while I was there, I pretended that I wanted to tear down a public works project. That way, I could easily take an updated screenshot of my map for my town page.
