Today, Dizzy was telling me about the time he ate so much creamed spinach that he popped the button off his pants. But he doesn’t even wear pants! Well, maybe that’s why: He never replaced the button.
Saharah was in town, and she put in a tree-lined wall and a tatami on my floor. I guess they’re kind of nice, but I didn’t care to keep either of them right now.
A message posted on the bulletin board informed me that the meteor shower was going to be tonight. So when darkness fell, I returned to wish on a shooting star.
Agent S asked me to collect signatures for a petition called Mandatory Morning Muffins. Sounds like a great cause!
I noticed that “Mandatory Morning Muffins” can be abbreviated as MMM. How appropriate. Merka let me drop by her town Bribs (which is my nickname for Brisbane) to collect the signatures. It was nice to see three of my former villagers again: Sprinkle, Kidd, and Drago! I made them all sign up, not that it was hard to do. I mean, who could say no to muffins?

I also got Sheldon, Gruff, and Benjamin to join the cause.
I returned to Forest and gave the completed petition back to Agent S. She rewarded me with a regal dresser, which isn’t exactly an amazing gift. But she did say I deserved a diamond-studded tambourine…she just couldn’t afford one. Thanks anyway, Agent S. And a special thank you to Merka as well!

Ricky was camping at the campsite last night, so I went in to say hello. I considered inviting him to move in, but then I decided against it. He doesn’t seem like a bad animal to have around, although Agent S might not have liked the competition for nuts and acorns this time of year!
Speking of Agent S, she told me she met an awesome fashionista named Mew from Kittan! There’s a name I haven’t heard in a while! Hi Gia, if you still stop by here! 🙂
Today, I found a lost item on the ground. I hope it’s not an empty bag this time! Why can’t I peek inside?
As luck would have it, it belonged to the first person I asked about it! Dizzy thanked me for returning his bag, as he questioned why he was such a space cadet. Wait, what?
He gave me a nice reward, though: his picture! This isn’t the first time he’s given me his picture, so it’s not a huge deal, but it is a really nice gift!
Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Gwen from Mayville was my most recent dream visitor. Thanks for stopping by!
I put it in my house, although some of my rooms are getting overrun with villager pictures. I may need to start putting some of them into storage one of these days.
Tom’s favorite quote is “There’s no use crying over spilled milk.” I guess that could be applied to him leaving town without giving me a chance to stop him. He’s a cool cat, and I’ll miss him, but that will let another animal move into town. And I do still have him in myÂ
For the first time since Velma moved into town, she pinged me! I thought she was finally going to suggest a public works project for me. But no, she only wanted to visit my house. I told her no.
There was a tent set up at the campsite, so of course I went in to see was visiting. I actually have two vacancies in Forest now. But the camper was Bunnie, and I wasn’t interested in her taking up one of those spots.
Big Top asked me to catch a butterfly fish for him, so I went to the ocean to do some fishing. About six or seven fish later, I caught what I was looking for.
I took it back to Big Top, and he thanked me by giving me a crossing shirt. It’s always disappointing to get a shirt as a reward, but I guess it’s better than stationery.
