General’s Stool NZ DLC

This morning, I found Joan selling turnips for 98 bells each. I bought 3,100 of them.

Joan: The asking price is 98 bells per turnip. What do you think, kiddo? When I returned to the game later on, Pete handed me this letter from Nintendo. Now through June 20th, the general’s stool is available at Nintendo Zone locations. It was previously only available in the Japanese version of the game.

From 6/7 to 6/20, the general's stool is available via Nintendo Zone!I headed up to the post office and got the package from Pelly.

Pelly: Sorry to keep you waiting! I hope you enjoy your new general's stool!I wasn’t so sure that I wanted a sample of the general’s stool, but I opened it up anyway. This is what it looks like; it can be ordered from the catalog for just 1,200 bells.

General's stool - 1,200 bells.Tom told me that his Re-Tail had a premium on golden peaches today, so I headed over to his town Tomville. Unfortunately, I only had two baskets of perfect peaches, plus two extras. But I scored a cool 120,000 bells for those 20 peaches. Not bad.

Reese: Since I'm paying premium for all of these items today...the total is an amazing 120,000 bells! OK?Tom’s friends Fur (from Kega) and Katie (from Keyblade) also dropped by Tomville for a visit.

Hanging with Tom, Fur, and Katie in Tomville.Tom called it a night after just a few minutes, though. So he told us to SCRAM as he kicked us all out.

Tom41: I'm gonna have early night.Merka came over to collect signatures for a petition, and then we headed out to the island for some tours. The selection wasn’t that great today, but we went on several pros-only bug tours. That earned us 12 medals each time (plus a bonus).

Tortimer: That's enough to net you a Gold Tortimer award and 12 medals!Kabuki asked me for a butterfly, so I gave him a tiger butterfly I had in my pockets. He rewarded me with an A tee.

Kabuki: This is just a token of my thanks... It's an A tee!Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Chris from Roker was my most recent dream visitor. Thank you all for reading this blog. I’ll see you next time!

Stormy Saturday Searching

It was a rainy Saturday night in Forest. Rolf did not enjoy being a wet kitty.

Rolf: Ahh, I wish this rain would end soon.Dizzy, on the other hand, seemed to be energized by the storm.

Dizzy: Dark and stormy nights always make me feel like something exciting is about to happen!I found a lost item over by the face-cutout standee. It did not belong to Butch.

A lost item next to a Butch standee. When I ran into Molly, she told me that she was planning on moving out on June 11th. But I clipped her wings so she couldn’t leave me.

Molly: Well, that really resonated with me. So I've decided to move on the 11th of this month. After asking half the town about the lost book (in the rain), I finally found its owner: Cally the squirrel. I tried to make her feel guilty about all the searching I had to do to return it to her.

Cally: I promise to be more responsible with my things from now on.
Yeah, you better!

She rewarded me with a beige emblem blazer. That’s something no one has asked for, ever.

I headed up to Main Street and into Club LOL. I asked K.K. Slider for a random song, and he performed My Place for me.

K.K.: Enough tuning--let's groove. This next one is for you, Jeff. It's called My Place. In the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Suna from Madolche was my most recent dream visitor. Thanks for stopping by!

A Walk in the Rain

Yesterday, it was raining in town and Molly was loving it.

Molly: Walks in the rain are good for the body and soul, ducky! My former ACCF resident, Cyrano, was camping at the campsite. But of course, my town is full already.

Cyrano: That's a shame... You should just go along with me next time!Tonight, Saharah was in town. I paid her 3,000 bells and got this sporty floor and western vista. It’s too bad there isn’t a basketball court floor (or a football field, etc.). Animal Crossing could sure use more variety in sports-related items.

The sporty floor and western vista.Tom asked me for a new greeting, so I gave him one that referenced a catchphrase I once gave him in the GameCube version of Animal Crossing. A lot of people seemed to comment on it when they saw it in my Animal Crossing Halloween video.

Tom: Hey piss pants!Tom felt like a brand new person! I mean, cat.

Tom: It's like... I'm saying good-bye to the old me and hello the new.Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me Luke from Sawgrass was my most recent dream visitor. Yesterday’s visitor was Kerrigan from K Town.

Later on, Lauryn came over to buy a silver shovel from the museum gift shop, and to shop at the Emporium and Kicks.

Lauryn shopping at the museum gift shop. For those who are wondering, Friday Night Forest is next week. But I’ll be back with another blog entry tomorrow. Hope to see you then! Have a good weekend!
