On Tuesday, Molly gave me an MVP shirt. I decided to put it on.

On Thursday, Bob told me about a dream he had. I apparently saved him, so he gave me a men’s toilet. Maybe it’s not my #1 choice for a gift, but I’ll go with the flow.

The next day, Bob asked me for a pear. I tracked one down and gave it to him, and he again gave me an impressive gift. This time, my reward was a garbage can!

Today, the fishing tournament was held. I didn’t participate, but I did attend the winners’ ceremony. Agent S won first place, Vivian was 2nd, and Bones was 3rd.

Later on, I visited Hornsby and he told me about his tiger butterfly. He warned me not to open its cage, because the butterfly is a wanderer like Hornsby.

Today is a special day in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Two holiday events (each with its own special character) happened to fall on the same date. It’s both April Fools’ Day and Bunny Day (aka Easter Sunday). So Blanca and Zipper T. Bunny were both standing at the event plaza.

 

I decided not to participate in Blanca’s activities. But I did collect some eggs for Zipper.

I took some pictures of the shadow sizes of water eggs and deep sea eggs, and added them to my Bunny Day Guide. So you can check them out if you want to know what shadows to look out for while egg hunting.

In all, I collected nine pieces of egg furniture, two egg walls, an egg floor, and Zipper’s pic. I sold it for a total of 116,562 bells. Carpeting was the premium item at Re-Tail today, so I got a bit extra for the egg floor. After selling everything, I then took my money to the bank. My account balance reached 107 million bells.

As part of April Fools’ Day, villagers will try to fool you. Bones told me there’s a new town ordinance in which everyone has to eat five meals a day. 😛

When I visited Bones on Monday, he was wearing a guard’s uniform (QR code) and talking about his computer. He said it runs on “lactricity.”

Hornsby asked me for an ocean fish yesterday, so I went down to the beach. Luckily for Hornsby, I didn’t catch a sea bass or a horse mackerel; I caught a football fish (worth 2,500 bells). I gave it to him, and he rewarded me with an executive toy.

Today, I found a lost item on the ground near Agent S’s house. Agent S was nearby, so I asked her about it. Surprisingly, it was hers! She rewarded me with a wet-road sign.

At Shampoodle, I changed my hair back to its normal color (brown). And at Able Sisters, I changed my shirt. Since today is opening day of baseball season, I put on my Indians’ block C logo shirt.

When I returned home, Hornsby barged in. But he brought me a nice gift: a laptop!

After he left, I noticed that the sapling clock tweets at the top of the hour. I think I heard some tweeting at the bottom of the hour as well.
