I played on Monday (October 26th), and I found a goodbye letter from Peewee in the mail.
Static had a pop quiz for me, asking which of three aquatic creatures can’t be caught in this town (or this game, really). I correctly answered with “snapping turtle,” and Static joked that Kapp’n might become a snapping turtle if you poke him with an oar. 😆
My prize for winning was a modern chair.
Ursala asked what my favorite fall event was, and I chose the sports fair. She started telling me how bad she is at throwing balls around.
She said it makes her realize her arms can’t throw correctly. And she keeps getting hit by balls. 😆
I played again today, and Peewee’s replacement has moved in. It’s Gonzo the cranky koala, who has lived in town previously back in 2012. Just seconds after introducing himself, he already told me I was looking as awful as ever! How the heck would he know?
That’s definitely not the best first impression, although I don’t really like ugly koalas anyway.
Hank was over by the wishing well, talking about Wendell the starving artist.
He told me that if I give Wendell some food, he will…do something. But Hank forgot what it was! Haha, silly Hank. 😆
