I started up the game tonight to the pleasant sound of falling rain. Yes, no watering for me! A new animal moved in tonight, Ruby.

Apparently she’s a rabbit from outer space. She definitely looks a bit alien-ish. Her house is just south of the fountain, in the same spot where Buck used to live.

Remember those two blue roses I have near Scott’s house that I mentioned in earlier blogs? They produced another black rose today! So that makes three black roses in ten days, just from those two blue roses. I think I’ve found a hot spot. 🙂

Antonio is now officially gone. Bob and Antonio were not only my two favorite villagers, but they were next-door neighbors.

Not much was going on in Forest today. No rain, so I had to water my flowers. No new black roses today. Chief (who may be my new 2nd favorite villager) told me that Bob and Rhonda had an argument. He said he had to pry them apart! If you know Bob and Rhonda like I do… Well, let’s just say I don’t think it was an argument they were having. 😛

Nook had a 5x point sale, but he didn’t have anything I needed or wanted. (And I refuse to buy items I don’t need solely for the Nook points). I did check my point balance though, and I still have a long way to go before I reach platinum rank.

I opened my gate at 10:00, which is my usual for Friday nights. For the third week in a row, my town filled up. T.Zelda, Mike, and Ben came over. Mike wanted to do the Able Sisters glitch, so we reluctantly went along. As usual with that glitch, one person gets stuck, and when you try to free him/her, someone else usually gets stuck instead. So it takes many tries before everyone can get free.

No new black roses today. I spoke to Antonio for the last time (at least for a while), since today is his last day in Forest. Antonio had been in my town since 2009, longer than anyone except Bob, I believe. Sad to see him go.
