Last Call for Summer Bugs

I watered my flowers and talked to some of my villagers. Avery said the heat was bothering him.

Avery: Since I'm hairier than the average guy, this time of year's torture for me.
I always thought birds had feathers, not hair. (By the way, don’t look in the top-right corner of the above picture).

Anyway, I opened my gate at 10:00 tonight for Friday Night Forest. Yann and Skye came over to visit. I hadn’t played with Skye in a long time.

Jeff: Hi Moses.I said my last goodbyes to Kid Cat. He will be gone tomorrow.

Kid Cat: You gotta watch over Forest when I'm gone, I'm a hero. You're the only one who can handle it!This was the last night of August, which means it was the last time to feast on summer bugs. At one point, Skye left for a while, but later came back. Yann and I were trying to catch as many bugs as we could. I also caught two sharks.

Jeff, fishing: LAST 15 MIN. OF SUMMER!But the end eventually came. The clock struck midnight and September began. Bell crickets started appearing, replacing the more valuable bugs that won’t be available until next July. As for my bug hunting, I made 180,000 bells tonight.

Jeff: DING DONG BUGS R DEAD.At 1:00, we did the Nook door glitch. Skye hadn’t seen it yet, so it was nice to let her experience it. We mostly just talked and hung out until I eventually ended the party.
