It was snowing in Forest today. I saw a big shadow in the ocean, and fished out a tuna.
Later on, I opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. Megan and Yann came over to visit. In Ables, Megan tried on the afro wig, and she accidentally bought it.
Saharah was in town looking for old wallpaper, so I went around asking all my villagers for some. Sally was the only one who had one to give me. But I had two in storage, so that gave me the three required for a rare wallpaper. I gave them to Saharah and she gave me a meadow vista. It was one of ten Saharah wallpapers that I still needed, so it’s good to mark that off the checklist.
This is what it looks like:
Later on, I caught a coelacanth!
Yann also caught one, but Megan wasn’t quite as fortunate tonight.
Megan left a little before 1:00, but Yann and I went into Nook’s to do the door glitch. While in there, Yann kissed Tom Nook! After we were done with the glitch, she went to go find Del (her “husband”) to kiss him too!
I then closed my gate for the night. But before I shut the game off, I remembered that Mallie wanted to see a picture of my blue brick pattern, so here it is:

I also used this opportunity to swap out my orange bricks for my blue bricks. They have an icy look to them, but I’ll try not to slip. No more falling through the ice for me.
Surprisingly, I found four new black roses today. It’s very rare for me to find that many new ones all at once. And it’s the day after a (supposed) huge blizzard. Only in Animal Crossing.
I recently got a suggestion to wear the king’s beard with my jingle shirt and festive hat. I was going to order one from Nook yesterday, but I forgot about it. But it worked out okay, because the Able Sisters had one in today. I wasn’t sure I wanted it, though. Just because I’m wearing a red suit and hat doesn’t mean I’m trying to be Santa. Still, I tried it on…
Ehh. It’s not me, so I passed on it. I think the red suit and hat are festive enough.
Apparently it was trendy, because Bob was very happy with it. He gave me a mosaic wall in exchange.
He didn’t mention moving out. I’m hoping he’s already safe, although I would feel better if someone else would mention moving.
