Saharah’s Desert

The other night, Elmer was singing the town tune from his previous town Village. But the reason I took this picture is Octavian’s face in the background. I guess he’s not a fan.

Elmer: Whenever I hear this tune, I just gotta dance, gotta dance, gotta daaaaance!A message posted on the bulletin board announced that Miranda’s six-incher won the fishing tournament.

*The Tourney Results* Congratulations on your victory at the big 1/18 pond smelt tourney, Miranda! Your 6-incher won it!Saharah was in town tonight, looking for old carpeting.

Saharah: I came from far away. I wish to trade carpets. It is for carpets that I came to your town today. So I began asking my villagers for carpeting as I made my way around town. I saw a snowball on the ground, so I turned into a human dung beetle and pushed it into the river. Generally, I don’t bother making snowmen in City Folk any more, and I can’t resist the desire to destroy the snowballs in one way or another.

Pushing a snowball into the river.I was up on the cliff when I saw the other snowball. I pushed it to the edge and, to my surprise, Lily was right underneath me. The snowball literally hit her in the head and then bounced to the left! I wish I had been recording a video!

A snowball bounces to the left after bouncing off of Lily's head.Anyway, I finished asking all nine of my villagers for old carpet, and Nate was the only one who gave me some.

Nate: Well... Sure, OK! Since I can't eat it, I might as well give it to you. However, I had two of them in storage. So I was able to take them all to Saharah and she gave me Saharah’s desert. It actually looks pretty good, so I’m going to hang onto it.
