On Tuesday, I saw that I was nearing a savings milestone. So I loaded up a few loads of fruit and sold them. I was able to kick my savings up to 55 million bells!
I played again tonight, and I saw that fireflies are out, now that June is here. They’re so pretty! 🙂
I ran into Queenie and Tom having a discussion, and I listened in. They were wondering which one of them would make kids cry more. 😆 They couldn’t decide, so they asked my opinion…
At first, I thought Tom would be more scary, because he can be cranky…and his gruff attitude may be frightening to a kid. But then again, he is just a cat…and Queenie is an ostrich. She may be nicer, but an ostrich might look like a weird, scary giant to a kid. So I told them they’re both scary. 😛
Neither of them were satisfied with that answer, and they were both depressed. Oops. 😛
While walking around, I spotted (and caught) my first goliath beetle of the year! Even though most of the valuable summer bugs don’t come out until July, there are a few that are out now. Sharks are also in season now, although I didn’t spot any of them tonight.
A bit later, I found Queenie and Tom still hanging out together (but in a different part of town). I listened on them once again, and Queenie was telling Tom that his beard was dirty! I didn’t know that Tom even had a beard!
She also said that there was food in his beard too! Tom was confused at first (as was I), but he eventually admitted he had a little tuna salad on his face. Gross. For once, I’m glad the graphics aren’t detailed enough to show that. 😆 I don’t need to see tuna salad in anyone’s beard. Yuck.
It must have been a night for chatting, because Boomer and Lobo were also having a conversation near my northern bridge. Lobo said he used to be a weightlifting star, and he drove all the girls crazy with his toned physique. So Boomer asked him why girls don’t like him now. 😛
Boomer said he saw a girl that was visiting Lobo leave angry the other day. Lobo accused Boomer of spying on them, and Boomer wanted a bribe of an almond jelly not to spread the word around town. However, I got no such guarantees of any almond jelly, so I’m spilling the tea here in this blog. 😉
