On Wednesday, Pippy told me that Blathers looked really blue.

She even suggested that maybe he fell into a pit of blueberries! 🫐

I went to the museum to chat with Blathers, but he wasn’t physically blue. He was just feeling blue, because he said Brewster almost got fooled by Crazy Redd until Blathers stepped in to save the day.
The Flower Fest is underway this week, and each of my villagers has a garden of flowers set up outside their home. As a quick example, here is Pippy’s garden:

And of course, the villagers like to chat about their gardens and their strategies. Truffles apparently considers herself a neat freak, which I wouldn’t have suspected for a pig.

When I spoke with Tortimer, he told me about the event and he gave me a bag of red tulip seeds.

Robin felt good about her chances of winning. In fact, she basically guaranteed a win for herself! We’ll see about that…

Yesterday, Marina asked about my flower garden. She wondered if my flowers were still alive. 😆 But I didn’t have any flowers to begin with!

Today, Chief told me his strategy: Yelling insults at the flowers until they bloom. I’m not sure that will work, but it certainly sounds like something Chief would do. 😛

While visiting Robin, I noticed that one of her elephant slides is gone now. She just has the one remaining. I’ll have to re-stock her supply if she ever asks for furniture again. 😛

I noticed that Whitney had some a hybrid flower (some purple pansies) outside her house.

So if I was the judge of the Flower Fest (which I’m not), Whitney would get my vote to be the winner (aka the Green Thumb). But it’s Tortimer’s decision, not mine.
As for the flowers Tortimer gave me each day (three of them in total), I planted them outside of my house today. I know that’s not going to be enough to win the Flower Fest, but at least I’m sort-of participating. 😛 I’ll find out the winner next week.
One other note: I posted my latest Wild World video episode today, episode 86:
