I received an unexpected letter from Lyle in the mail today. He mentioned that I recently got stung by a bee, and he sent me 100 bells (for my pain and suffering, I suppose). I guess that’s nice, but 100 bells is virtually nothing. It would take a lot of bee stings to get my money back from Lyle.
I visited Joey, and he was clearly still sick…in the head.
I gave him some medicine once again.
Crazy Redd was in town, and he had this perfect painting for sale. He also had a Triforce, but I only bought the painting this time.

It cost 3,920 bells, but it was worth it. That’s because it turned out to be a real painting, and I donated it to the museum.
Out in the rain (yes, it was storming again), Baabara pinged me. She surprised me by giving me her picture!
I didn’t necessarily want her picture, but I’ll take it. It is the fifth villager picture I’ve received so far.
The quote on her picture is “I’m so soft that I don’t even need a pillow!”
I didn’t make it to the store before it closed tonight, so I was unable to sell my belongings. So I didn’t earn any money other than the money rock and the 100 bells from Lyle.

Today is La-Di-Day, so the animals in town were talking about their singing skills. Kiki even said that’s going to become a superstar! Good luck, Kiki!
Joey the duck was sick with a cold, so I gave him some medicine. He flipped for it. Get well soon, ducky.
A new “Talking to Myself” message on the bulletin board talked about safety. The author always sets things down horizontally instead of vertically.
In front of town hall, Hopper asked me if I was from the countryside. The option for yes was “wooo-haaa!” which I thought was pretty funny. 😀
I did a little fishing, but not much. I saw some large fish shadows in the ocean, but none of the were coelacanths. Every one was either a sea bass or a salmon.

Crazy Redd was in town, and I used the password “bean curd” to get inside his tent. He had a scary painting for sale for 3,920 bells, so I bought it. Over at the museum, I learned that it was a genuine painting! So Blathers happily accepted it for display in the museum.
Next, I visited Rhonda and saw that she was finally over her cold. She thanked me for the medicine I’ve taken her, and she gave me a token of her appreciation…a grapefruit table. Good thing I didn’t buy that one at the shop (even if it was a juicy deal).
I caught a few fish and bugs, but nothing very valuable. Since I didn’t earn much money tonight (and what little I did earn went to pay for that painting), I didn’t make a house payment this time.
