Today is the day that T&T Emporium opens up!
I went inside to check it out, and Tommy welcomed me to the grand opening. I noticed that they sell two K.K. songs each day now.
And on the right side, Leif is there selling his gardening supplies. I bought some fertilizer, but it costs a whopping 1,600 bells!
I then went upstairs and saw that T&T Emporium has three floors!
This is what the second floor looks like. I bought the spooky clock.
I then went up to Gracie Grace on the third floor of T&T Emporium. Gracie thanked me once again for the help in opening up her store.
This is what she was selling today; the sweets furniture is the current set that’s in season right now.
Of course, her prices are still extreme. It’s hard to justify paying 124,000 bells for wallpaper.
Of course, you can’t try shoes and boots on, but she does encourage you to gently stroke them. Uhhh…
I bought the hot dog hat and she told me that I receive a free gift with my purchase. She then gave me a mannequin! I now have all four of them.
After that, I was done shopping. I received a letter from Gulliver in the mail today, and it contained Big Ben. Well, a model of it. I put it in my exhibit space at the museum.
At the Dream Suite, Luna informed me that Tyler from Riptonia was my most recent dream visitor. Hi, Tyler! When I went back to town, I sat at my town tree to take a look at my town history.
While I was walking around town to water my flowers, Aurora approached me and told me I could use a vacuum cleaner! Is she trying to say my house is messy? At any rate, she gave it to me for free, so I’m not complaining.
After I sold today’s fruit haul, fossils, gems from the gem rock, and unwanted items (*cough* vacuum cleaner *cough*), I had enough money to finish paying off my train station renovation! It will be completed tomorrow!
That’s all for today, but I’ll be back with another update tomorrow. So please come back then!
Down on the beach, I found Gulliver. I used my megaphone to wake him up quickly, and he was talking about Big Ben.
Naturally, he was headed to England.
When I went up to Main Street, I saw that the Nooklings’ store was under construction for the last time. I’m expecting the Emporium tomorrow!
In the Dream Suite, Luna informed me that Mars from the town of Kthxbai was my most recent dream visitor. That’s certainly an interesting name.
But he was just psyching me out. He said it was still too much for him. Don’t waste my time, Teddy Ruxpin.
At town hall, I decided to use my Animal Crossing logo as my town flag for a while.
Meanwhile, Canberra was expecting me to fish hamburgers out of the river.
At 10:00, I opened my gate and Chris came over to visit. We hung out for a while, but no one else was coming. So I wondered if I had accidentally set my gate to “best friends only.” So I told Chris I would close and reopen my gate, just to be sure. After I did, he messaged me saying he had to go. After a couple minutes, Valeria came over to visit. I asked her if she was dreaming.
She was wearing pajamas and the nightcap like you do when you’re visiting a dream town through the Dream Suite. We played for a while, and then she left at 11:00. I closed my gate several minutes later.
If you’d like the QR code for it, it’s on the
I then went to the Dream Suite. I dreamed of Nintendo’s official New Leaf town. It has Mario, Luigi, and Pikmin themed houses, along with face cut-out standees, and lots of mushrooms you can eat to grow to super size!
I made a new entry in my
I don’t think it looks as good in my town as it did in the Nintendo town. So I changed it back.
I thought that meant he was going to buy me a cup of coffee. But then he asked Brewster to make me a pancake? Huh?
I think this Kidd’s losing his mind. As expected, Brewster says this cafe is only for coffee. No pancakes for me!
After working a shift and earning some superb coffee beans, I continued my walk around town. Rolf approached me and told me he was going to start calling me Skippy.
A gem rock gave me a gold nugget, and I had two of them in storage. So I took them all to Cyrus, and he turned them into a golden bed. Finally, a piece of gold furniture I actually needed!
Up on Main Street, Leif reminded me that when T.I.Y. closes tonight, it closes for good.
He continued, saying this means the end of his gardening corner, too.
And at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Kyle from Cooptown enjoyed my dream town. Hi Kyle!
I like that wallpaper, so I decided to keep it. I put it in my back room for the time being. And before I was done playing, I got some great news: Canberra is moving out on the 22nd! Woohooooo!!
On that pleasant note, I ended my game for the night. I’ll be back late tomorrow night with a blog about Friday Night Forest, so check back then!
