Valentine’s Day 2016

It’s Valentine’s Day today, and I had several letters in my mailbox related to the holiday. Isabelle sent me a chocolate cake that she made for me, Molly (my valentine again this year) sent me a chocolate heart, and my mom sent me a cacao tree. Apparently she wants me to grow my own chocolate.

Brewster also brewed up a Valentine’s Day treat for me, too. Instead of coffee, he serves hot chocolate on this day each year.

Drinking hot chocolate for Valentine's Day. It's so sweet!Velma asked me for some fruit tonight, and I gave her a perfect cherry. She loved it! In return, she gave me a rococo candlestick as seemingly half the town was observing the exchange as if it was a drug deal or something. Back off, guys.

Velma: I really owe you for that! Here's my rococo candlestick.

Since I still had Jolly Old Saint Nicholas as my town tune (since December 15th), I decided to change it while I was still thinking about it. It’s easy to keep forgetting things like that. 😛 I changed it to the song Such Great Heights by The Postal Service. I’ve used this town tune before, but I don’t recall sharing the notes in the blog at the time. If you want to use it too, feel free! Here are the notes:

Molly: I've decided to move on the 17th of this month.Up at the Dream Suite, Luna told me that Brandon from Coolvill was my most recent dream visitor. Timber from Xing was yesterday’s visitor. Thanks to both of you for visiting, and thanks to all of you who read this blog! Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!

  1. Is anyone here looking for amiibo cards of specific characters? I still have about 35 left on my eBay. I anyone wants one, just ask me. And I’ll give you the links to them.

    1. Probably not, at least not on purpose. But it’s always possible to miss someone who is moving out and not find out until it’s too late.
