Late last night, I gathered up my remaining duplicate Pave furniture and sold it. In total, I earned 442,800 bells. This easily kicked my bank balance back up over eight million bells. (It temporarily dropped below 8 million when I started buying gorgeous furniture last month).
While I was on Main Street, I decided to take a new photo ID. I edited out the birthday part (since my character doesn’t have the same birthday as me anyway), but otherwise this is how it looks:
I decided to do some diving, and I found a scallop. Pascal popped up, and I gave him the scallop in exchange for a ship cannon.
But a scallop wasn’t the reason I was diving. It’s because I was looking for a spider crab…and I found one! And that completes my diving collection!
I donated it to the museum, and Blathers confirmed that this completes the aquarium! Awesome!
And then today, a message posted on the bulletin board confirmed that the beautiful town ordinance is now in effect. Being a big night owl, I have mixed feelings about this. But not having to water flowers will be a huge help, although I can guarantee there are going to be times when I go to sell something and the shops will be closed and I’ll be kicking myself. π

But this isn’t permanent. Once the rainy season starts in June, I’ll switch back and keep a night owl town throughout the summer.
I spoke with Teddy, and he asked me to shake some peach trees for him.
But I just gave him a perfect peach out of my pocket, and he loved it. He rewarded me with a patchwork lamp.
As I crossed my brick bridge, Agent S again told me she wanted to move out of town on March 10th. I made her stay, of course, but she looked a bit different in this picture.
Of course, that was actually Phineas standing there behind her. I’m seeing Phineas a lot lately! Today, he gave me the Prof. of Seafood badge for catching all of the underwater creatures.
Even though it’s only been a few days since I posted a picture of my badges, this is my third badge since then! So it was time for another updated pic:
If you compare this to my last badge pic, this is what’s changed: The seafood icon has gone from silver to gold, the Re-Tail icon has gone from bronze to silver, and the train icon is new.
I did some spring cleaning today. The Pave duplicates from last night are gone, but I also cleaned up my leftover feathers and I even removed those extra ores that have been sitting by Re-Tail for a while. I also moved my (non-duplicate) Pave set to the museum and redecorated my modern wood room. It still has the same items, but they’re in different places now.
With all that done, I updated my dream town. While I was there, Luna told me that Bella from Bochum was my most recent dream visitor.
When I went down to the beach, I saw Gulliver there. He’s on his way to Portugal, and he’s going to send me a gift in the mail tomorrow.
I wrapped up my day with a couple of island trips. The first was to my own island, where I bought the cabana screen. The wallpaper is now the only cabana item I still need for my giveaway. I then went to a random Club Tortimer island, where I met a girl…I believe her name was Kaitlyn, though I might have spelled it wrong.
We went on one official labyrinth tour–she had all six of her fruit collected in barely over a minute! But I searched and searched and I could never find my third lemon I needed, so we lost. I had to go, so I apologized and told her I had to leave. As I was leaving, she said “buddy nooo!” It was too late for me to type anything else, but that made me feel bad. Sorry!
Mayor Julianne of Fayette submitted a bunch of new QR codes, which I added to the site today. It includes a Hamtaro shirt, a Hufflepuff robe, a Gilligan’s Island shirt and dress, and a bunch of Doctor Who stuff, including this jacket. Check them all out on theΒ
I missed a planned meeting with Agent S, and she was so mad at me! I didn’t know she could even get this angry!
This probably set back my chances of getting her picture by a couple months, haha. Anyway, I talked to Big Top, and he told me he had a dream of Liz from Pickle.
And even though I didn’t get a picture of what he said next, he said she was a real green thumb. Yeah, I could see how a pickle might look like a green thumb!
After I was done with my daily tasks, I decided to do something mayoral. I went into town hall…and I did it. I officially changed Forest from a night owl town into a beautiful town.
She rewarded me with a noodle tee. Delicious.Β I then went in my house, determined to put my modern wood furniture back inside. But Rolf had other ideas.
And later on, Heather from Caelum came over to catalog some of my leftover Pave items.
Thank you for reading the blog!
Among the confetti, you’ll also find feathers floating around. You’ll want to catch them with your net.
But the star attraction of Festivale is Pave’ the fabulous peacock. He’s a dancing machine.
The object of Festivale is to collect the colored feathers and take them to Pave’. If you give him three feathers of the color he asks for, he will give you a piece of Pave’ furniture.
Besides catching feathers with your net, you can also win them by playing mini-games with your villagers.
As I was searching for feathers, I saw Phineas! He gave me the Refurbishing Expert badge for customizing lots of items at Re-Tail.
When I had three feathers for Pave’, I exchanged them for a Pave’ sofa.
I also found a rainbow feather! It can be exchanged for a piece of Pave’ furniture at any time!
I updated my dream town and Luna told me that Bling from Bling was my most recent dream visitor.
Some of the animals looked really ridiculous in their Festivale costumes.
Tom invited me over to his town, where it was nighttime. Pave’ was all lit up.
Tom was wearing the Festivale clothing, and he looked like Dame Edna.
After I returned home, I saw Phineas again! This time he gave me the Neighborhood Traveler badge for visiting lots of towns! I wouldn’t have taken that picture of my badges yesterday if I knew I’d be getting two more today!
Villagers will sometimes offer to trade feathers with you. So they may offer you a yellow feather in exchange for a green one, for example. Other times, they’ll ask to play a game with you. If you win, you’ll get a feather from them. But if you lose, they get to take one of your feathers.
I needed three pieces to complete my set, and fortunately Kim was around to exchange our duplicate pieces so we’d both have the full set. Thanks, Kim! Here’s a look at the full set.
Wendy also came over to visit. She was catching feathers while I was redecorating my house for the picture above. I then helped her out on her search.
