Umbrellas Everywhere

It was storming in Forest today. I checked my mail, and I got an interesting letter from Mom…

"Always use the bathroom before you go to sleep. Don't end up like poor Uncle Dweezil."Ah yes, poor Uncle Dweezil. What a horrible way to…go.

I stopped in Nook’s and then made my way around town. Puck seemed disappointed that I came to talk to him on a rainy day.

Puck: Try to visit when it's bright and sunny out.I also ran into Baabara, who tried to tell me that this is the exact moment that springs turn into summer. Uh, I don’t think so.

Baabara: This is the exact moment when spring changes into summer.Baabara: Please don't tell me you wear the same clothes in winter and summer! When I talked to Sydney, she was absolutely shocked to see me. I love the expression on her face.

Sydney: Oh my word! If it isn't Jeff! And I stopped in the post office to check the lost and found. Even though I rarely find anything good, I try to take a couple items each time just so there’s room for new items to replace them next time. I was hoping for some stationery that I could use to mail some fossils away, but I had to settle for some flower seeds.

Booker: Oh! Yes! You can take it, of course.Meanwhile, Robin was complaining about the town tune. She told me to rush over and change it immediately because she doesn’t like it. Not happening, bird brain.

Robin: I highly doubt you have a talented bone in your body.Even though the police station didn’t have any stationery, the dump did. So I grabbed it and mailed my fossils away at the post office. On my way back home, I said hello to Cyrano, who wants to catch bugs for a living.

Cyrano: I'll never have to work again! I can just catch bugs!
