As I started up the game today, I saw that the snow has now melted and the grass is green once again! Unfortunately, the lack of snow on my house revealed my pink roof that Genji painted back in December. Ugh.
I had a few valentines in the mail, and I also had a goodbye letter from Peaches. She rode off into the sunset.
My villagers seemed to have an unusual interest in my gyroids today. Candi pointed out that I don’t seem to be using my mega dingloid.
She offered to give me a cabin wall for it, and I was okay with that. Later on, I ran into Candi again, and she wanted a tall harmonoid I had just dug up; she gave me a stone tile for that. But the best gyroid deal of the day came from Tom: He gave me 3,000 bells for a squelchoid!
Up at Nookington’s, I bought some green paint for my house. I would prefer blue, but anything is better than pink. So that should be done by the next time I play.
Near the top of my main ramp, there was a new house: Kitt the kangaroo has just moved in! She doesn’t remember, but she lived in this town a long time ago…probably back around 2003 or so. Wait, shouldn’t her joey have grown up by now?

Hooray, green grass! (Thankfully) To be honest, the thing I hate more than the roof painting is those stupid maze things. No wonder Candi didn’t make the entries afterward. I do wish Emerald made the cut though, she was so cute…

I pull the weeds each time I play. When I see one, I’ll usually go pull it right away before I talk to a character so that it’s not in the screenshots I post. Although they do slip by sometimes, like in the picture of Belle from the previous entry.
