Well now I’m 100% sure that Jeremiah isn’t leaving. Why? Because Agent S told me she was moving out today. And I like her even more than Jeremiah! But fortunately, she agreed to stay when I told her not to go.

While walking around town, I bumped into Saharah. She was looking for old wallpaper.

So I went around asking all of my villagers for old wallpaper. Melba was the only one who gave me some. But fortunately, I had two of them in storage. So I took them all back to Saharah and she gave me a shoji screen in exchange.

I don’t particularly care for it, but it’s not bad. The good thing is that it was one of the wallpapers I needed for my catalog checklist.

I took the bus to the city today, and the plaza was quite busy when I first arrived.

I checked this week’s emotions (since I didn’t check them on Sunday) and then returned to Forest to water my flowers.

Speaking of flowers, Bob was telling me he likes any kind of flowers, except for rafflesia. They’re those large plants that form when you have too many weeds in town. (There’s also one in the bug room of the museum). But I don’t recall seeing an animal mention rafflesia before.

When I talked to Becky, she asked me to make a delivery to Ribbot. So I did.

I returned to Becky and told her I completed the task. She rewarded me with a classic table.

I then spoke with Felicity, who was telling me about a wonderful watering can she ordered from a late-night infomercial. It sounds like she got ripped off and she’s too dumb to realize it.

I continued my walk around town, and I saw something odd. A piece of furniture seemed to be hovering in the air!

I went closer to see what it was, and it moved! It wasn’t furniture at all, it was a walking leaf!

I stopped into Jeremiah’s house to see how he’s doing. Fortunately, he’s not all packed up yet, so I think he may be staying in town. He asked if I knew Megan from May West, because that’s who designed his outfit. Yeah, he’s wearing the Christmas sweater that Becky brought with her from Megan’s town!

Just a reminder for people on my ACCF roster that this Friday is my ACCF night (the first Friday of each month). And later this month, I hope to open up Bananas on a Sunday night for fireworks (but not this upcoming Sunday…stay tuned for more details).

Tonight, Rowan was telling me about the mayor’s “connections.” But I didn’t appreciate what else he said about me and Tortimer!

Becky asked me for a new greeting. Since she was wearing a holiday sweater from last December, I had her say Merry Christmas! Christmas in July, right?
