November is here, and that means the beginning of mushroom season! You’ll find several of them scattered around town each day this month. One of them will actually be a piece of mush furniture, which your character will announce after picking it up.
I opened my gate at 10:00 for Friday Night Forest. As I waited for visitors, I went around watering my flowers and talking to my villagers. Ribbot told me to drag my feet on his floor to pick up dust. Wouldn’t that be moon dust?
I was in Octavian’s house later and I noticed that he has the same lunar surface as Ribbot! Odd that my two favorite villagers have the same carpet. Anyway, Octavian was talking about the Fish King that rules the rivers. He told me I should catch a ray to give to the Fish King.
I told him I would, but rays aren’t very common. I went back and forth a few times looking for big fish shadows, but I soon gave up the attempt. Sorry, but the Fish King is going to have to go hungry this month.
Becky approached me, asking for a new catchphrase. Anything was better than “I drool!” Especially since so many of my villagers have learned it lately. So I had her say “peck peck” instead.
By 10:45, nobody had come over to visit, so I closed my gate and ended my night.
