Hide-and-Seek with Miranda

Today, Ribbot asked me if he looked like a cover model. I answered “not really,” and he got offended. Oops.

Ribbot: KA-BLAM! Humanoid! Do I look like a cover model for Shovel Stud magazine or what, I drool? When I saw Pinky, she said she had been looking for me all day. She said she was going to give me a cool shirt. But since she couldn’t find me, she used it to clean her sink instead.

Pinky: So I ended up using it to clean my sink instead. What a bummer. But at least my sink is clean!I ran into Miranda a bit later, and she tricked me into playing a game of hide-and-seek! She asked me a question, but it sounded like it was just normal conversation. But when I answered yes, the screen turned black and we were all at town hall. Anyway, I had ten minutes to find Miranda, Pinky, and Blaire. Pinky was the first one I found, hiding behind a tree.

Pinky: Aw, muffins! You got me, I drool!A couple minutes later, I also found Miranda.

Miranda: OH NO! Can't you pretend you didn't see me, I tweeted? It took me a full trip around town before I could find Blaire. She was hiding behind Scott’s house. With that, I had won the game and Miranda rewarded me with a mega drilloid.

Miranda: Still, you won fair and square, so here's your prize...a mega drilloid!Speaking of Scott’s house, I had ordered a GameCube dresser for his house. Scott has lots of hybrid flowers in his storage, and I got the purple roses for Bob’s grave from his collection. But several new purple roses have popped up since then, so I’ve been leaving them by Scott’s house to replace what I took.

But Scott didn’t have a dresser to access the storage! He had to go to the auction house before. So when this GameCube dresser arrived, I had him immediately put it into his house. It’s so much easier this way.
