A Saturday Night Stroll

Last night, I went to check on my tiny snowman before he disappeared. He was confident he was going to live a long, fulfilling life. I didn’t have the heart to tell him he’d be dead in a few hours.

Tiny Snowman: I'll never be the best-looking guy on the block, but I can still lead a long and fulfilling life. Then tonight, I took a late-night stroll around town to water my flowers. I saw Rowan across the river and waved at him. This is a feature that didn’t make it into New Leaf.

Waving to Rowan from across the river. Many of the animals in town were talking about Christmas. Elmer hasn’t decided what he wants yet, but he said he’s going to send the chubby dude (Santa, of course) a letter soon.

Elmer: Once I decide, my plan is to send a letter to the chubby dude and leave out some peach crisp for him. However, Octavian had something else on his mind; he asked me find a squid for him! I don’t know if he wanted a date, dinner, or a pet.

Octavian: Do you mind tossing a good squid my way, glub glub?An invisible Cookie, who was actually hiding behind a cliff, told me she was going to move out of town. I hardly ever talk to her anyway, so I didn’t try to stop her.

Cookie: I'm moving, arfer!Ribbot then asked me to make a delivery to Lily for him. The gift was a caveman tunic, which she didn’t seem thrilled with. Can’t say I blame her.

Lily: Oh, is that what I think it is? A caveman tunic?I returned to Ribbot and told him I made the delivery. He rewarded me with a pachira. I then went up to The Roost to hear K.K. perform a song. I let him choose the tune and he played K.K. Mambo for me. And with that, I wrapped up my night in Forest.
