Friga was feeling sick tonight, so I bought some medicine for her. It got her happy feet up in the air.
I went down to the Roost (in the basement of the museum), and I found Fang there. He was enjoying a cup of coffee. Or, infinite cups.
While in there, I asked K.K. to play a song for me. But oddly, he was acting as if I had already heard a song. I had to choose “Encore!” just to hear a song! Weird. But once I did, he played K.K. Samba for me.
Lily asked me for a crucian carp, so I got my rod and went fishing in the river. Five or six catches later, I got a crucian carp and returned it to Lily. She thanked me and gave me an imperial wall as a reward.

The harvest festival (Thanksgiving) is tomorrow, and Angus is already daydreaming about all the food he plans on eating. I’m not sure if I’ll be participating in the harvest festival in ACCF, but I’ll definitely be partaking inĀ
Up by the Pac-Man Pond, Bunnie was crying because she locked her keys in her house again. She just did the same thingĀ
In Genji’s house, I was warned to watch my step because there may be a shoelace on the floor. Is that really a concern? I don’t think stepping on a shoelace is going to be all that painful, especially when I’m wearing shoes.
Lily asked me for a new catchphrase, and I told her to say “in a pond.” I then (accidentally) listened in on her conversation with Friga. Lily asked Friga what she wanted for her birthday, and Friga responded that she’d like a vacation to a tropical island. That made Lily upset, since she couldn’t afford to send Friga on vacation. Sorry penguin, you’re getting some socks for your birthday.
I dug up a pitfall seed, so I decided to use it on the next animal I saw: Ed. He tried to play it off, acting like it was his own strength that caused him to fall into the ground, but he was clearly angry afterwards.
Friga asked me to catch a bitterling for her, so I started fishing in the river. It didn’t take me long to catch what I was looking for. I took it to Friga, and she rewarded me by giving me a storefront.
My newest neighbor Genji was locked out of his house! I wanted to make a good impression on him, so I returned to the river for some more fishing. After a few minutes, I caught his key!
I took it to Genji, and he rewarded me with a sink.
To my surprise, he actually did go inside his house once he had the key. Sometimes you’ll take an animal their key and they’ll still stand around outside anyway.
