Games with Big Top

I received Static’s goodbye letter in the mail today. I knew it was coming, but it’s still a bit of a bummer to be reminded of my loss after starting up the game.

Jeff, It's been a blast, pal, but I've made up my mind and I'm moving far away. I've always been a drifter at heart: I'm going wherever the wind takes me. -Static

After making my rounds, I later went over to the Roost for K.K. Slider’s Saturday night show. He performed “K.K. Folk” for me, and I actually enjoyed it. I particularly like the double howl he does at several points in the song. 😆

K.K.: All right, get ready to dig the riffs on this ditty: K.K. Folk.

Over by the river after the show, Big Top told me that he lost some weight. Congrats, Big Top! Or should I say Medium Top? 😛

Big Top: Guess what! Um...I...lost some weight!

He asked me to play hide-and-seek with him, and I was game! He gave me ten minutes to find him, Scoot, and Tiffany. But it only took me a matter of seconds to find Scoot and Tiffany, who were both very close to the starting point! Big Top took me a bit longer to find, but that was just because he was in a different part of town. It had nothing to do with his hiding spot, at all.

Big Top rewarded me with a mini sputnoid for winning the game. He seemed to enjoy the game even though he didn’t win, saying hide-and-seek is more fun than sit-and-eat. If that’s how he feels, then I guess that explains how he lost some weight!

Not much else was going on in Forest today, so I just sold some fruit and wrapped up my game for the night. But we have just three weeks until sharks return!

I hope you’re all having a good weekend! See you next time!
