On June 11th, the path to the Reset Surveillance Center was open. I dropped in for a visit, but Resetti wasn’t very happy to see me. He apparently had to use the toilet urgently, and he was waiting for me to leave so he could go. 😛
Saharah was in town, and I paid her 3,000 bells to renovate my main room. She installed a basement wall and a tatami. Not bad, but I didn’t keep them up.
The next day, Cube asked me for some perfect fruit. I gave him a perfect peach, and he loved eating it…in one bite. 😉
Last Wednesday, I spotted a silver slingshot flying by!
I shot it down, but it fell into the waterfall. Oops.
After putting some money into the bank, my account balance reached 122 million bells. That is still my highest total of any Animal Crossing game.
On Sunday, there was a camper in town: Cherry the dog! I like her, so I asked her to move to Forest. It took several attempts, but I eventually won a game to convince her to move in!
Monday, Molly asked me for some furniture to replace a fish. I bought her a kiddie meal from Harv’s shop. 😂 Molly loved it, and she gave me a microscope in return.
It was raining, and Lolly told me that if I jump in puddles, I should dry off later…in five years. 😛
Yesterday was the summer solstice, so it was bright all night long. Isabelle was at the plaza to hand out ladder shades, and my villagers were talking about how they’ll spend the extra daylight hours.
I found Cherry’s house plot very close to where Big Top lived (just a couple of spots to the south). So she’ll be my new next-door neighbor.
Today, Cherry officially moved in. I stopped by her house to welcome her to Forest.
Rolf said he was going to say hello to the new neighbor soon. But he had the nerve to say that he was the “Shadow Mayor!”
He later told me he wanted to move out of town on July 1st, but I made him change his mind. I can’t see myself letting Rolf leave unless I get him in another game.
