Late Night Delivery Man

I had three letters in my mailbox when I started up the game tonight. One was a letter from Jingle, reminding me about the festivities on Christmas Eve. Another was from the Snowman I built last time, sending me a snowman wall as his way of saying thanks. And Mallary sent a letter to thank me for the medicine I gave her; she rewarded me with a cabana table.

I soon ran into my newest neighbor, Prince. He told me that when he goes into town hall, he tries to visit when Pelly is on duty. That’s because Phyllis scares him. Guess what, pal…it’s probably mutual.

Prince: 'Cause, um...Phyllis kind of scares me, burrup. The holidays are approaching rapidly, and some trees now have Christmas lights on them.

Christmas lights on several of the cedar trees near Able Sisters.I went in to say hello to Ed, and he asked me to make a delivery to Mallary for him. He couldn’t do it because he just ran a marathon in wet sand. So he claims.

Ed: I've got this package I need to get delivered. Thing is, I just ran a marathon in wet sand.I found the ugly duckling by my northern bridge. She was wondering why Ed would possibly want to send her a present. That is a pretty good question, honestly.

Mallary: A gift from Ed? I wonder why? Well, I did compliment him for studying chemistry lately...She opened it up and found out that it was a No. 67 shirt. She didn’t seem all that happy with it, but she still put it on. When I returned to Ed and told him I made the delivery, he gave me a pastel-dot wall to thank me.

When I ran into Lily a few minutes later, she wanted that pastel-dot wall. In exchange, she offered me a kiddie wall. I love how everyone in this village just walks around with spare wallpaper in their pockets, just looking to trade it with someone else.

Lily: Really? You don't mind? I could have sword you were going to reject my little plan entirely! After a quick chat with Broccolo, I headed home and ended my game for the night. I’ll see you all next time. Have a good day!
