Koala in Boxes

I found out on the bulletin board that Friga won Saturday’s fishing tournament with a 44-inch sea bass. So congratulations to her.

I went in to visit Melba tonight, and I was a bit surprised to see her all packed up. She’s in the process of moving out of town. Even though I’m generally not a fan of koalas in the game, Melba’s one of the few good ones. Goodbye, Melba.

Melba: I think you can tell by looking, but I've decided to move out of Forest for good, toasty.

Near the top of my ramp, I listened in on a conversation between Angus and Mallary. Angus was trying to ask Mallary for dating advice.

Angus: I'm trying to think of what to do the first time I have her over to my home, on a bun.But Mallary wasn’t interested in helping out, she only wanted to know who the girl was. When Angus told her it was none of her business who it was, Mallary told him that’s because the girl doesn’t exist. She told Angus he was living in a fantasy land and is just dreaming the whole thing up! Ouch! After that not-so-pleasant conversation ended, Angus was justifiably bummed out. I tried to talk to him to cheer him up, but he just wanted to be alone. On a bun.

Angus: Hmph...I don't want your sympathy. Sometimes an animal just needs to be alone, on a bun. After circling around town, I caught up with Bunnie outside my house. She asked if I recycle, and I said yes. So she gave me a rose wall for free. She then started telling me how “green” she is, but her statement wasn’t very convincing.

Bunnie: I'm, like, totally concerned about greenhouse flashes and sustainable forest fires or whatever!
