Today is Wednesday, and it’s a true hump day–Saharah the camel was in my New Leaf town as well as my City Folk town today.
She was looking for old carpets, so I began asking my villagers for some. However, Bunnie had other things on her mind. Like barfing. Eww.
Across the street from Bob’s old home, I found a new house. Antonio lived in that spot once, way back when I still had Bob. But I don’t think anyone else has lived there for a while.
Inside, I met my newest neighbor: Frobert the frog! He looks a bit odd, but he seems pretty cool.
Even though I have ten villagers in town, I could only ask seven of them about old carpet. I couldn’t ask Frobert because he’s new, I couldn’t ask Bunnie because she’s sick, and I couldn’t ask Mallary because she was locked out of her house. Well technically, I could ask Mallary if I found her key and returned it first, but that wasn’t about to happen. The only villager that actually had some old carpet for me was Chrissy.
I bought some medicine for Bunnie, and she drank it down. By doing a backflip, of course.
Since I only got one old carpet, I didn’t have enough to trade in to Saharah a for a rare one. So I just put it in storage for next time. But while I was in my house, I decided to clean up a bit. So I ate the chocolate heart that’s been sitting there since Valentine’s Day.

Mallary asked me to find her a blue sweatshirt so that she could be a stylish duck. I told her to find her own clothes.
It’s Saturday night, so I stopped up at the Roost for K.K.’s weekly performance. I let him choose the song, and he went with some smooth jazz.
Back outside, Friga was talking about the museum and saying Forest at least has a few civilized people. Yeah, most of the town residents act like a bunch of animals!
Genji’s replacement has not moved in yet, so there are still just nine non-human residents. Maybe I’ll get a new villager next week.
Even though I’ve long had enough gold roses to line all my paths, my surplus continues to grow. If I ever accidentally destroy one (or 20), I’ll have no problem replacing it (or them). I actually have even more extras besides these; they’ve sprouted up at various locations around town.
Angus asked me to make a delivery to Broccolo, and I told him I’d help him out. Fortunately, I found Broccolo about three seconds later. But Broccolo was scared to open up the package.
I have one spot in town where four Jacob’s ladders have grown in a square pattern. They’re often wilted (thought not usually all at once), and I water them when I see them wilted, but they never seem to die. That’s a bit surprising considering I only play twice a week.
I saw a balloon present floating by, so I whipped out my slingshot and shot it down. Inside the box, I found a starman.
I took the bus to the city, and I saw that the cones (that normally block off the Reset Surveillance Center) were pushed to the side. I walked in, and nobody was home. But I had my eye on the last slice of pizza… I wonder if they’d know it was me who took it…
I wanted to dye my hair green to dress up as Mohawk McClover (like I did in
