Today, Pete met me outside my door and handed me a letter from Nintendo. The new DLC for May was attached, a Gracie dresser.

I also got a letter from Mint, thanking me for helping her when she was sick. She sent me a paper lantern.

I also got my monthly letter from the Bank of Nintendo. This month, I earned 55,300 bells in interest.

I then went to Nook’s to sell my Gracie dresser, paper lantern, and a few other items I didn’t need any more (beak, pilot shades, etc.). While there, I saw that Nook had a silver net for sale. I picked one up just in case any of my Friday visitors want it.

I also went around talking to some of my animals. Rowan gave me a new nickname, J-Dog.

When I first started the game up, it was raining, but it stopped a few minutes later as the clock struck 3:00. That’s fine by me. I took the bus to the city and I saw Jorge’s girlfriend Frankengaga. I mean Francine.

Then I went into the theater to check the new emotions. They had glee, love, worry, and disinterest. Two of those were there last week as well. How boring. More Frillard emotions, please.

I then took the bus back to Forest and I spent most of the day just talking to the animals. Egbert talked about how he wanted to snack on fish, but wasn’t happy that he had to catch one before he could eat it.

I also talked to Yuka.

I went in Mint’s house and she was still sick. She said she lost her appetite, but not for the usual reason. Which made me wonder…what is the usual reason??

I gave her some medicine.

I then saw Del up by the fountain. Notice Patty in the background?

So next I went to talk to Patty. She wanted me to deliver a package…to Del!

Now that’s an easy delivery. I walk a few feet away to complete the delivery. Again, note how close Patty still is to Del.

She gave Del a pink zap suit! Maybe she thinks Del is……a Power Ranger. He didn’t care for it too much. But as I was saving that last picture, Patty came up to Del and they were talking. By the time I was done, Del was happy and whistling from their conversation. But Patty still asked me how Del liked it. As Del was standing right there!

I told her he thought it was okay. She seemed a bit disappointed, but she gave me a sink as a reward. I planted some red roses in some new places to make more black rose “factories” and then I ended my game for the day.

I started up the game and watered my flowers. Alice asked me for a new catchphrase. Since we had fun with her shave-ice maker recently, I wanted to reference that. “Shave my ice” wouldn’t fit, so I went with “shave me.”

Mint was sick, so I bought her some medicine.

Saharah was in town, looking for old wallpaper. Also, I opened my gate around 10:00 for Friday Night Forest.

I talked to all of my villagers, but none of them had any old wallpaper for me. Not a single one!

We went into my basement and tried to break the fourth wall…by running through it. It didn’t work. 😉

What is this all about?

After some lab experiments, Yann and I decided to barbecue Bushy. So Bushy went hiding. I eventually found him and decided to hide too.

We later went into Nook’s and I ate my chocolate heart from Valentine’s Day. It was a little stale, but my character didn’t seem to mind.

We went to visit my stalker, Victoria.

Bushy left around 11:00. I checked the lost and found, and I took a watermelon shirt, just like the one Yann had been wearing all night.

Yann and I did some fishing. I caught a surgeonfish, and it was Yann’s first time seeing one.

I ended up catching five red snappers, but Yann wasn’t having much luck with the fish. Around 11:50, I ended the party for the night.
