I went to see Gulliver and unfortunately he gave me another duplicate item. It’s my second Manneken Pis. (The first one is in Scott’s house).
Skye came over for a short visit. Naturally, she started making out with Gulliver.
Rowan was talking about how Blathers hates insects.
We went into Scott’s house and merged.
I don’t even know what we were doing here.
We were just a couple of crazy ducks on the beach. Doing odd things for no apparent reason.
No snow today, so I had to water my flowers. Kid Cat asked me to play hide and seek. I wasn’t in the mood, so I declined. He was disappointed.
There was no sign of Pete between 5:00 and 5:30, and no other visitors in town, so that meant the UFO would be coming. Sure enough, it flew by and I shot it down at 6:03.
The new year is only 9 days old and I’ve already shot down the UFO twice. Not a bad start. I recovered the spaceship part and I will give it to Gulliver tomorrow. Hopefully I won’t get another duplicate item this time.
It was snowing in Forest today, so I didn’t need to water my flowers. I went into the museum to identify some fossils and this is what Blathers said to me. I think he’s trying to tell me I have a big head:
Then I went down to The Roost and saw Puddles enjoying some coffee…and asking why Brewster is always polishing the cups.
I talked to Peaches and she asked me if she should move out of Forest. But I wasn’t sure how to answer. I almost told her to go ahead, but then I decided to ask her to stay. She moved in from Ash’s town, so I wouldn’t mind keeping her. She’s also a link to Forest’s past, since she was a neighbor I had back in 2009.
I’ve been turning some of my black roses into gold roses lately and I needed a new out-of-the-way place to put them. So I started putting some atop the cliff near the southwest ramp.
