A Visit from Saharah

Saharah was in town, looking for old wallpaper. So I went around, asking my villagers for some.

Peaches: Next time I redecorate, I'll be sure to save my old wallpaper for you, my kidneys!Only Bob and Kid Cat had some for me, but fortunately I had one in storage. So I took the three old wallpapers back to Saharah and she gave me the office wall. It was one I needed for my checklist, so that’s good. And it didn’t look as bad as I was expecting.

The office wall on display in my otherwise snowman-themed house. Two snowballs were close together, so I built a snowman, and it was a perfect one. I’m 3-for-3 so far this season.

When I talked to Puddles, she told me to plant three trees in Charvale (Skye’s town) to have good luck with money. Fortunately, Skye was opening her gate tonight, so I stopped over and planted three trees. Her friend Skoll was there as well. I also talked to some of her animals.

Harry: I'm impressed you managed to drag yourself all the way here in this weather. I'm frozen solid here!Skye, with a rose in her mouth: Let's tango.

Northern Lights

While watering my flowers, I noticed that the two snowballs were fairly close to each other. So I decided to try making a snowman. Fortunately, I made a good one again. I’m 2-for-2 so far this winter.

Snowman: I am an ivory idol! A frozen confection! And I owe it all to your skills! You have my eternal gratitude, sir!I opened my gate shortly after 10:00. TZ came in. Having a friend visit your town forces any mail waiting to be delivered, so I had a letter in my mailbox. It came from the snowman I made earlier, and a snowman carpet was included. Bradley then came in. Pascal was in town, so I gave him a scallop and he gave me a ship cannon before plunging into the river.

Pascal swims down the river. The northern lights (aurora) was on display in the sky, so I took a couple pictures of it.

The view of the northern lights from my southern bridge. The northern lights and a large snowman.TZ, Bradley, and I visited a number of animals, hanging out in their homes and my houses as well. Eventually, TZ left and Bradley and I mainly did some fishing for the rest of the night. I was a bit surprised that my town didn’t fill up tonight.

Yuka and Christmas Lights

There was no snow today, so I went around and watered my flowers. I got two new black roses and one new blue rose today…not bad.

Near the windmill, I saw a new house. Yuka is my new neighbor. I had her in my GameCube town for many years, so I’m quite familiar with her.

Yuka: Well, the rumors are true! I am the newly arrived Yuka that the whole town is talking about! Some of the pine/cedar trees are now decorated with Christmas lights. I also caught a stringfish today. Here’s a picture of both.
