The summer fishing tourney was held last Saturday, and I played just one round. I caught six fish (including two guppies) to score eight points.
C.J. paid me 4,950 bells for the six fish. I had enough points for a prize, so I redeemed them for a fish-print tee.
On Sunday, Pascal popped up from under the sea when I caught a scallop. He told me that talented people are just normal people who practice something a lot.
He gave me two pearls for my scallop and swam away. He’s a talented swimmer, that Pascal. 😉
Yesterday, Bones was sick with a cold, so I bought some medicine for him. After taking the medication, he started to feel a bit better. But the reward he gave me wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.
Here are a few other quick notes about the past week:
- Last Saturday, Gullivarrr sent me another pirate bandanna in the mail.
- On Sunday night, K.K. Slider performed “K.K. Cruisin'” for me, Savannah, Static, Merengue, and Bob.
- I gave some medicine to a sick Kid Cat, and he rewarded me with a balloon hat.
- On Monday, I sold 32 bugs to Flick for 224,250 bells.
