Holograms & Juice Boxes

There was a new SpotPass home in the Happy Homes Showcase today that Nintendo sent out. It belongs to Bill from Cascadia. His house was really nice; I particularly liked this space-themed room. The astro furniture looks really good in black.

It had been modified (perhaps with emeralds?) and it was green and shiny and metallic. Unfortunately, I was unable to order it.

A polka-dot closet customized with emeralds. But the best room in Bill’s house was definitely this Zelda-themed room.

Big Top: I'm getting support for my petition, National Juice-Box Day, but I still need more signatures.I went in my house for a bit, and Molly decided to come in. She said she saw a fish that reminded her of me!

Molly: I hope you're not too surprised to see me. I was looking at a fish that reminded me of you, so...here I am!That’s pretty insulting! It felt like a dab in the dace…or I mean, a slap in the face! I was tempted to snap back at her, but I decided not to take the bait. I wanted to kick her out and send her seaward, but she wouldn’t leave until she was good and ready.

Eventually she did leave, and I went back outside. I found a pink rose over by my wind turbine. The pink roses actually look pink in New Leaf; in City Folk, they looked almost white. To me, at least.

A new pink rose near my wind turbine.I then headed up to Main Street. There was a hologram machine on sale at T.I.Y.; I wanted to see what it did, so I bought it.

Tommy: I see you found our spotlight product of the day! Fancy the lovely hologram machine? And unfortunately, I spotted Katie in town. Ugh.

Me standing next to Katie on the bridge.Since I had Katie, a petition that needed to be signed by out-of-towners, and a dozen perfect peaches to sell, I asked Wendy to open her gate. She did, but on my way, Katie refused to go to Oakville with me! I guess because she came from Oakville in the first place, she didn’t want to go back there again. Katie is so annoying. Anyway, I started asking Wendy’s residents for signatures.

Colton: So, something up, herpderp?Angus told me I should just move to Oakville.

Angus: If you're so in love with Oakville, why don't you just move here? GAHAHA!I ended up getting all of my signatures that I needed. But if you remember my villager Rory, he must have loved Oakville too, because he moved there. I made sure to say hello to him while I was there.

Rory: You came all the way here to shop? There must be something you really want to buy, huh? After that, Wendy and I headed back to Forest. It seems that a new Nookling is working for the Able Sisters. Her name must be Wable.

Wendy dressed up as a raccoon in Able Sisters? But then I found out she’s actually Tom Nook’s wife. Here is the happy couple in Nook Homes.

Tom Nook stands next to his wife, Wendy.Anyway, I took the completed petition back to Big Top. I like juice!

Big Top: National Juice-Box Day is one step closer to becoming a reality! He gave me a water cooler as a reward. I went into my house to look at it and the hologram machine. Princess Leia popped up and told me to oil R2-D2 every 3,000 miles.

The hologram of a woman is projected from out of the hologram machine.
