For a long time, I’ve wanted a water pattern. Whether it was to make a pool, or a fake river, or a watery prison for bad visitors…who knows. Well I decided to look for one on ACC. I found one by Kimbo2009 and it looked pretty good. Granted, the color palettes in ACC are for Wild World, not City Folk, but I tried to use similar colors.
But when I placed them on the ground, they didn’t quite flow together as well as I hoped (pun intended).
Someone on my roster used to have a real good one. I think it was either Abbey or Robin, but I haven’t played with either of them in a year and a half, I think. If anyone can recommend a good water pattern, please let me know.
After I was done in Forest, I checked in on my Bananas town. I saw a new monkey in town; it was Simon the Great. I would normally call him by his shortened name, but he didn’t say Simon Says.

It belonged to Mary from Alaska.
Back in Forest, I overheard Caroline and Del talking. Caroline asked Del what he wanted for his next birthday, and he said “maybe true love or some junk.” So I guess he doesn’t really love Yann after all!
Later on, I opened my gate for Friday Night Forest. I told Yann what Del said and she went to slap him.
I saw Pascal on a bridge…but it was actually not the same bridge he was on earlier in the day.
In Nook’s, Yann was talking about the sapling Nook had for sale. But I bought it as she was still talking about it, so I took it outside.
We ended up making tree puns for a while, and she was typing out modified lyrics of Michelle Branch songs.
I tried using a net as a pun of sorts on my website address.
I was feeling tired and ended the party a little after 11:30. But I had a good time tonight.
I saw Avery in town, and he told me that Caroline was raised by wolves. I guess that explains why her eyes always look so alert.
And after watering my flowers, I went to The Roost for my other Valentine’s treat: hot chocolate from Brewster.
