Even though it wasn’t snowing when I started up the game tonight, snow now covers the ground around town; winter is here! I headed up to Able Sisters to swap out my orange brick path pattern for my icy blue brick pattern.

The fishing tournament was held today, but as usual, I played too late in the day to participate. Chip, the judge of the tournament, told me that Chow was the winner with a 51.2 inch sea bass.

I found two snowballs, so I tried rolling up my first snowman of the season. To my surprise, he was perfect! I wasn’t sure I would make him right on my first try, but I’m glad this guy is happy. For now, at least. His opinion of himself may be dampened in a few days, but enjoy the moment, Snowman!

Bunnie was outside, and she was still unsure if she really wanted to move or not. I told her that she should go, and she tried laying a guilt trip on me.

I visited Friga in her house, and she told me that Saturday is her massage day. You’re not getting one from me, so don’t even think about it. She said she has to keep herself in sassy shape so that her sass doesn’t pass.

At 8:00, I headed down to the Roost to catch some live music. I let K.K. pick the song, and he performed K.K. Aria for me.

It was cold and snowy in Forest tonight. Alli told me the weather made it hard for her to fire up her fabulousness. But I’ve never seen her “fabulousness” on nice days either, so I think it’s a crock.

Bunnie must not like the cold weather either, because she told me she’s moving out of town! It’s about time!

But oddly enough, Mott was thinking about swimming pools! He said he wanted to put one in his basement, complete with a button that would add sharks and piranhas.

Chow was locked out of his house, so I went fishing for his key. But I ended up catching many fish in the meantime. Twiggy saw a pond smelt sticking out of my pocket, and she wanted it. She traded me a kappa suit for it.

Eventually, I caught Chow’s key in the river and returned it to him. To thank me, he gave me a gyroid. You should invite me over for some chow dinner sometime, dude.

By tomorrow, snow will cover the ground! Are you looking forward to it?

Thursday, I (thankfully) remembered to look for Gulliver down on the beach. Once I woke him up from his nap, he asked me to look for his spaceship part. I already had it in my pockets, so I handed it over. In return, he gave me a mermaid statue.

I found a new house in town, and it belonged to Chow the panda. I knew he looked familiar; it turns out I had him in my GameCube town in 2013.

And then today, I visited Bunnie. She told me she was in the 5th stage of her interior-design plan. Apparently her plan is to  make a low-budget museum? We already have a nice, complete museum in town, Bunnie. We don’t need your collection of bones.

Chow invited me over to see the inside of his house, so we scheduled a meeting time. When Chow time finally arrived, I went on inside. He warned me not to look under his bed; apparently he’s breeding horrible monsters!

Maybe he just plays Pokemon.

When I (eventually) tried to leave, he didn’t seem happy about it. He threatened warned me to come back soon. Yeah, good luck with that.

Behind Chow’s house (and near the waterfall), I spotted Broccolo. He asked how his clothes made him look. But I didn’t exactly have a clear look at his clothes, so I told him he looks just dandy.
