Today is Thanksgiving in the U.S., which is known as the harvest festival in the world of Animal Crossing. Tortimer was outside of town hall, talking about how today is the day to stuff ourselves like teddy bears. Wait, like teddy bears?
Aurora warned me that a suspicious character (is it darkness?) was seen loitering around a sign. Can you be a bit more specific? There are signs all over town.
About eight signs later, I found the character. It was Franklin the turkey, of course.
Unfortunately, the clock struck 9:00 p.m. as I was talking to him, and that marked the end of the harvest festival. Bummer. The end of another harvest festival without catching the turkey disappointed Mayor Tortimer.
But I was more disappointed by what I saw in Fang’s house: boxes. Fang is preparing to move out of town. I guess he didn’t want to be stuck in a vegetarian town.
Friga was sick with a cold, so I bought some medicine for her. She flipped as she gulped it town, waving her happy feet in the air.
It seemed like everyone was feeling down in one way or another. But not Broccolo! He enjoyed his big meal and he was still excited about the great foods he got to eat. That’s the right attitude!

Well, I guess Friga had an excuse: She was sick today. I bought some medicine for her, so hopefully she’ll start feeling better soon.
I headed to the Roost to catch some live music. I let K.K. choose the song (like I usually do), and he picked K.K. Ska. That’s the same song he played last week!
Outside of Nook ‘n’ Go, Mott was questioning the logic of putting large windows on convenience stores. He didn’t like the idea of people watching him as he picked out energy niblets.
Over by the river, Bunnie picked out a new nickname for me: Pop star. Ugh.
