(Note for clarification: Despite the name of this entry, it was not the final Friday Night Forest. The final FNF was on 5-2-14, and the final Wi-Fi night was 5-19-14.)
Being the first Friday of the month, this was my ACCF night. So I opened up my gate around 10:00, although no one came in right away. It was snowing in town, so I didn’t need to water my flowers.
I bought a large festive tree from Nook ‘n’ Go and put it in my house.
Around 10:20, Brian came over to visit. This was the new Brian I added last month, not the Brian that used to visit.
I showed him my houses and I showed him where my free flower area was. In Nook’s, we both went to the PTS machine at the same time and we merged momentarily.
Nobody else came to visit, which was disappointing. I ended the party at 11:00, and I’ve decided to end my “first Friday of the month” scheduled gate openings. I’ll still play on Wi-Fi occasionally, but it’s not going to be on a regular basis any more.
And last night, Saharah was in town. So I started asking my villagers for old wallpaper. But when I got to Rowan, he just kept talking about my mummy shirt and how I’m going to stretch it out by wearing it so much. Guess he doesn’t know these things can last thousands of years!
Octavian asked me to catch a mole cricket for him. So I kept my ears open as I made my walk around town. Once I heard one, I started digging. And digging. And then I dug some more. Eventually I found the little bugger and caught him before he went over the cliff like a Lemming.
I took it back to Octavian and he rewarded me with 552 bells.
Just a reminder that tomorrow is the first Friday of the month, which means I’ll be opening my ACCF gate at 10 p.m. Eastern time. For those of you already on my roster, feel free to stop by!
Becky told me she wanted to move out of town, and I didn’t try to stop her.
Nook ‘n’ Go had a festive tree on sale, so I decided to buy it. I’ll probably replace it with a larger one eventually, but it’s nice to start December off with a Christmas tree all the same.
I put it in my house, surrounded by three wise men. Actually, they’re farting gyroids called tootoids, but close enough.
