I got a letter from Chip in the mail today, congratulating me for winning the fishing tournament yesterday.
The prize was a gold trophy. I don’t know what I was expecting.
While talking to Octavian over by town hall, he let it slip that he has been listening in on Blaire’s and Pinky’s conversations.
And Bob asked me to make a delivery to Avery. But he asked me to deliver it by 11 p.m., and it was already 10:49! That’s not much time to work with! But fortunately, I had just passed by Avery about 30 seconds before, so I knew where he was. I took him the gift, which turned out to be a blue pinstripe shirt. He tried it on.
I then returned to Bob, and he rewarded me with a school chair. I finished watering my flowers and returned home for the night.
I took the bus out to the city, and it looked pretty crowded. Phineas was also there, on the other side of the fountain.
Sometimes you never noticed how similar two shirts are until they’re side by side. Here, you can see the kappa suit and frog top in Able Sisters.
The fishing tournament was going on today, so I went out looking for sea bass. After I caught about five of them, I was able to take the lead away from Lily.
Chip then gave me a mop as a prize. Now it’s MY MOP!!! Woooo! I returned after 6:00 to find that my fish held up as the top fish of the day.
A winner is you! Chip told me that my prize for winning will be sent in the mail. So I’ll probably get that tomorrow.
Out by the museum, Becky told me that she’s heard I don’t talk politely. Well, I didn’t insult you about the fleas jumping off of your body, did I?
And Blaire was telling me she needed to get her face done. I wonder if she thought I just got a face lift because of the bandages.
Octavian asked me to make a delivery for him, so I went out to track down Melba. She wasn’t thrilled by the grass shirt he sent her.
I then returned to Forest’s resident octopus and he rewarded me with some birch flooring.
You think you’re in the dark? You’re not the one covered in bandages, Octo-Dad! Not to mention, your mouth is pretty darn close to my only exposed opening, so get out of my eye!
