Talking to the Animals

It was raining in the city today, so I got a break from watering my flowers. I then returned to Forest and started talking to some of my villagers. Rowan asked me for a fossil.

Rowan: YO! Skippy! I've been looking everywhere, but I can't find where the dinosaurs hid their bones...I actually had one in my pocket already, so I gave him the pachy tail and he gave me 544 bells. He kinda ripped me off.

Rowan: ROCK SOLID, skippy! For real, you are, like, made of bedrock!I also saw Melba on my walk, so I talked to her.

Jeff: There's blood on your face. Melba: That's the kind of little discovery that warms my heart, g'day mate.Avery was another animal that crossed my path, so I had a little chat with him as well.

Avery: What now?! It's after noon! Do you think that's why they call it "afternoon"?I found two new black roses on my walk today. Once I found Snake, I introduced him to Mother Nature.

Snake looks angry while in a pitfall near the river. For some reason, he was in a bad mood today.

Snake: Do NOT talk to me today, bunyip!

Katie & Kaitlin Once Again

Today, I found out that Jeremiah often garbage-picks from the recycle bin. He also started using Anabelle’s catchphrase.

Jeremiah: I've gotten a lot of good memories out of that recycling bin, nosy fool. And then I saw Kaitlin, the mother cat who has lost her kitten once again. Ugh.

Kaitlin: Pickles! Wherever could she have gone? Little, darling, naughty kitten! The daughter cat, Katie, was in Tropical (Yann’s town). So I asked Yann if she wanted me to open my gate so we could reunited the cats. She said yes, and later on, she came on over. But she forgot to bring Katie. 😀

Jeff: Forget something? So she went back to get Katie and then returned. After their scenario played out, I told Yann that Del had come to see her. She talked to Del, and then slapped him for telling her she visits too often. After that, I ended the party.

Jeff: He came to see you.

Anabelle: Should She Stay or Go?

I got a letter in the mail today from Melba. She thanked me for getting her medicine the other day. She sent me a blue kotatsu along with the letter.

Thanks, Jeff! Thanks for helping me when I needed you most! I'm over my cold, and I wanted to send you a gift to pay you back for the medicine you bought me. -From MelbaI then went to the city to check the new emotions at the theater. They didn’t have anything I wanted, but I did see Tom in the city. He’s lived in my GameCube town for a decade, and I wish he would move into my City Folk town as well.

Tom, in the city: It feels like I'm peering right into somebody's home through a tiny window me-YOWZA.I then returned to Forest to water my flowers. Anabelle approached me, saying she wanted to move out. I didn’t know how to respond; should I tell her to stay or wish her good luck? She’s not one of my favorites, but I don’t really dislike her either. After debating it with myself, I told her to stay (and she agreed). I really would like to get Snake out of Forest instead.

Anabelle: I'm even sick of my house! In fact, I think I'm just gonna move away!Later on, I ran into Bob. He gave me a free gift, a cabin wall. That was nice of him. Even if I did go straight to Nook’s to sell it. 😛

Bob: I dusted it off for you, so it should be clean enough, unlike you.I found two new black roses today, which was nice considering I hadn’t found any new ones the past several days.

I’ll see you all next time! Thank you for reading my blog! 🙂
