I went to the city today and Phineas was there handing out balloons and other gifts.
I thought an orange balloon would be nice for Halloween, so I asked him for a balloon. Unfortunately, he gave me a blue one. Oh well, it was worth a try. I then went into the theater to check this week’s new emotions.
Curiosity (the question mark) is a good one, but it’s not one of my top-four, so I didn’t get it. I passed on these emotions once again. So I returned to Forest, where the flea market was going on today.
I stopped in a couple animals’ houses, but they didn’t have anything I wanted.
I talked to Anabelle, and now I think she’s a coke addict.
Then, I thought I’d go in Jambette’s house to see if I could buy any of her furniture. If nothing else, I could annoy her by refusing to pay even low prices for her items. But I didn’t get the chance…because her house revealed a surprise. A very good surprise indeed!
That’s right, Jambette is moving out! What a glorious day in Forest! I can taste the happy!

After making my rounds, I then went to the city and saw Savannah there.
And for no apparent reason, I decided to wander into the auction house. I hardly ever go in there. But since they were accepting items for display, I decided to put an anchor up for auction.
I started the bidding at only 500 bells, so if anyone on my roster wants it, feel free to bid next weekend.
I then returned back to Forest and watered my flowers. Not much was going on today. But when talking to Nook, I noticed the “V” part of my helmet made Tom Nook look like he had a blond mustache. Or, maybe a beak. You decide.
Outside later, I used a Roman candle on Sydney while Yann was talking to her. I really wanted to burn Jambette, but she was hiding indoors.
Yann and I did some fishing for a while. There weren’t many good fish, other than the occasional red snapper. We were also talking about food, and Yann mentioned that she has eaten frog before. That sounded gross to me, but we agreed that she could eat Jambette and I’d have no problem with that.
Since my basement is cluttered with Roman candles leftover from the fireworks festival, I decided to use some of them up.
I gave Yann some as well, and we played around with them.
Yann also commented on my message board about my new brick path pattern.
Around 12:15, I ended the party for the night.
