In the mail, I received a thank you letter from Katie, the lost kitten. She also sent me a portrait like the one she sent before.
When leaving Nook’s, he again asked me what I value most in his store. It has again been 38 days since the last time he asked, so I probably don’t need to keep making note of it every time. 😛
Later on, Megan invited me and Yann over to her town, May West. Megan was dressed as a doctor pirate captain balloon saleswoman.
We kept getting disconnected for a while, but things settled down eventually. I explored her town, trying to see where the path went.
I also checked out her house, which was really nice…aside from this creepy doll.
Megan clearly enjoys pitfalling people, because she kept getting me and Yann all night long.
She pointed out that she had a Pac-Man Pond like mine.
She also had a fruit-themed house that’s very unique. It’s still very small, but it was themed well and it works. It also has 100% of your daily Vitamin C.
Eventually, I got a small bit of revenge before I returned home for the night.

If you’ve read this blog for a while, you know that I hate those cats! Katie the lost kitten and Kaitlin the mother cat annoy me to death. No matter how many times you reunite them, they get lost again and again. Anyway, I talked to the little brat and found out that her mother is in Ruby–Chris’s town.
I continued my walk around town. Megan’s tree is fully grown now…I may keep it for a while.
Anabelle approached me…I was hoping she was going to say she was moving out, but no such luck. She was actually asking me for a new catchphrase to replace “nasal drip.” I made her say *sniff*.
The Able Sisters had a cycling outfit in their store today. It didn’t look familiar, so I checked my checklist and it wasn’t checked off. So I bought it…it actually looks alright, so I may wear it for a while.
I went into Mint’s house and saw that she’s all packed up. So she should be gone either tomorrow or Thursday.
Later on, Chris contacted me. I offered to return his cat’s stupid daughter, and he agreed to open his gate. So I told Katie the good news.
While leading her across the bridge, Avery blocked the path and tripped Katie. Twice!
I didn’t stay to visit. Chris ended the party and I returned to Forest. I caught a few bugs before I ended my night.
Back in Forest, I went around watering my flowers. As I crossed the bridge near the museum, I saw a tarantula. I backed up a few steps, pulled out my net, and slowly inched closer to it. I swung my net and caught him. That’s the first tarantula I’ve caught this year.
Later on,
