You’re Not Moving!

Thursday night, there was another aurora in the sky. I know I take a lot of pictures of the northern lights, but at least I try to take them from different spots. This one has the waterfall in the background, and I really like it.

Goldie told me she was thinking about moving out, but I made sure to change her mind as quickly as I could.

Goldie: What's wrong with me?! The answer is so obvious! I'm going to stay, in a pound!
Or you could stay in your house.

Goldie actually tried to kill me later! I didn’t take a picture, but the attempt will show up in a future video. 🙂

And last night, a dung beetle also tried to kill me! Fortunately, I survived. I decided to start having some fun with my huge collection of pitfall seeds.

I tested some things out and I now have a basic plan on what I’m going to do in my next pitfall video. I’ll probably get to that in the next week or two. 🙂

Tonight, Punchy was sick with a cold. So I gave him some medicine.

After saving Goldie on Thursday, I had to save another one of my favorites tonight. Static, of all people, had the nerve to suggest that he might leave town! Over my dead body!

Static: You've convinced me, skippy. I'll stay on as Forest's crankiest resident a while longer.

I’ll be posting a new Mario Plays ACCF video tomorrow.

I Don’t Love Lucy

When I played on Thursday, I received Mitzi’s goodbye letter in the mail. So long, Mitzi. 🙁

Dear Jeff, Today's my last day. I'm leaving Forest. Good-bye, Jeff. I hope you won't forget me! -Take care, Mitzi

While waiting for a balloon present, I spotted this one soaring just inches over the top of the cliff.

A balloon present flies on-screen, just inches above the clifftop.

Yesterday, I found a new house in town. Mitzi’s replacement is Lucy the pig. Eh, I’m not really a fan. I don’t love Lucy.

Lucy: Oh! I'm sorry! Everything's such a mess, and now, of course, I've got a visitor...
I’m not thrilled to see you either, pig.

The northern lights started appearing at 11 p.m. last night. I took this photo from the bus stop, looking back towards my (castle-shaped) gate.

Oh, hi Static.

Except for Punchy (who locked himself out of his house), the outdoor villagers were talking about the Aurora.

Kitty: To take a picture of the aurora, some smarty-pants said I needed all sorts of ridiculous camera gear.

I gave Goldie medicine the past two days, and she was all better by today. She thanked me by giving me a Corinthian post.

Goldie: I know, I'm still feeling perfect, but I'll take it easy so that I don't have a relapse, in a pound!

Punchy asked me to catch a centipede for him, so I went around banging rocks. I was about to give up when one finally came out of the rock by the museum. I took it over to Punchy, and he rewarded me with 532 bells (big surprise). But then he said something I would never, ever, ever agree to!

Punchy: Huh huh huh! Don't worry, little centipede, you can sleep in my bed tonight!
That’s a big no from me.

I posted a new video today called Fun with Snowballs. It includes a bunch of things I’ve tried with snowballs. I dropped them on villagers’ heads, I went bowling for Tiffany, I tried shooting a balloon present onto a snowman, and more. Give it a shot! 🙂

Mitzi Moving

I was disappointed tonight when I went into Mitzi’s house to find her all belongings packed up. I like Mitzi, and she’s leaving town far too soon. 🙁

Mitzi: Well, hi, bucko! Listen, this will come as a shock to you, I'm sure, but I've got some big news!

Kitty asked me for a plesio skull, and less than a minute later, Monty asked me for a mammoth skull. Two skull seekers in under a minute? What’s going on here? Unfortunately for them, none of today’s fossils were skulls.

I played around with some snowballs, and I bounced one off of Punchy’s head (he was unharmed). I saw that Wendell was in town, so I tried to roll him up into a snowball. But of course, that didn’t work. So I made a snowman without Wendell inside…but at least, Wendell stood behind it.

Wendell: S-so huuuuuuuungry. M-must eat something!
Wendell, you look frozen solid!

I felt bad for him, so I picked an orange and gave it to him. In return, he gave me a “coloring Pelly” pattern.

Wendell: ...So glad I found someone good to take coloring Pelly!

This is what it looks like, in case you haven’t seen it before:

I put up a new ACCF video today, City Folk Moments #8. Please give it a watch if you have the time.

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great weekend!
