I spotted a new house in town tonight, and I found Coco inside. She’s the creepy gyroid/coconut/zombie/rabbit villager with no eyes. And yet, I kind of like her. π
Tom Nook had a big festive tree (a large Christmas tree, in other words) on sale at Nook ‘n’ Go tonight. I bought it for my house.
Saharah was in town, looking for old wallpaper. But before I asked Static for wallpaper, he told me that I can’t catch saltwater fish in the river and I can’t catch freshwater fish in the ocean. You don’t say…

I spoke to him again to ask for old wallpaper, and he actually had one for me!
Next, I ran into was Broccolo outside. I chatted with him, but I didn’t have the option to ask about wallpaper; he just kept talking about finding fossils or money on the ground. Then I realized, it was just after 12:00. Saharah, for whatever reason, doesn’t stick around past midnight. What a pain.
When I went to see Tank, he told me that pill bugs were on his mind and even in his dreams! That doesn’t sounds like a good dream.
But pill bugs are usually pretty easy to catch, so I agreed to help him out. When I returned with the bug, he rewarded me with a groovy wall.
After completing my walk around town (and getting some fossils identified), I returned home. I put my Christmas tree up and I put my old wallpaper into storage. That was actually the third old wallpaper I have in storage now! That would have been enough for a rare one, if Saharah hadn’t been in such a hurry to fly out of town. Oh well, I can redeem them next time.
If you haven’t yet seen my annual slideshow of my best City Folk pictures, here it is.
Outside of the museum, Bluebear was talking about Blathers and Celeste. She said that they’re over ten years apart in age, yet they still argue about everything. She was trying to figure out whose fault it was.
Static asked me to make a delivery to Savannah, and I did. The gift was a graduation gown! Oh, did Savannah just graduate?
When I came up the ramp, I found Tank and Opal…uh…enjoying each other’s company. A lot.
See you all next time!
He handed me a knife and fork. The object of the festival is to find Franklin the turkey and give him the utensils. He’ll feel that you’re saving him from being eaten, and he will give you a piece of harvest furniture.
At first, he thought I was going to eat him. But I gave him the fork and knife so that he didn’t feel so threatened.
He gave me a harvest chair in return. I returned to Tortimer for another set of silverware, and then resumed my search to find Franklin again. But of course, I also chatted with my villagers along the way.
Meanwhile, Twiggy was just chirping nonsense. She said if we had a baseball-playing guppy, we’d be rich.
Benedict wasn’t quite so random; he had food on his mind!
And outside of town hall, Savannah was talking about her bad table manners. She said she eats like she was raised in a barn!
I found Franklin three more times. Of his hiding spots, this one behind a sign post was the worst by far.
He gave me a harvest table, a harvest lamp, and another harvest chair. I sold them all at Nook’s shop, even though they only sell for 3,333 bells apiece–much less than the spooky (Halloween) and jingle (Christmas) furniture.
